Our monthly meeting will be held the second Tuesday, October 8, 2019. We will meet at Greater New Life Church Ministries at 7:00pm.  Our meeting agenda will include 45 minutes of walking exercise.  We will also experience the power essential oils.  You do not want to miss this meeting focusing on our health and wellness.
